My mother who is 93 was coming out of a sub acute rehab after a hip fracture. We contacted Russell and from the time we met him we knew that this agency would be a great fit. Russell paired my mom and dad with the best caregivers I have ever seen. Mom had two 12 hour shift aids. Seven days a week for approximately three weeks. My mom also has dementia; thus making recovery a bit challenging. These caregivers were so kind, nurturing, got mom into the shower, dressed, chatted with her, made fantastic meals, the house was cleaner than I have ever seen it. My father has an aid through the Vets and these aids do more than my father’s aid does. They use real cleaning products, cook real meals , and seem to genuinely care about what they do. My mom made so much progress within the three weeks. We thank Sheree’s, Francois, Marie, and Gina. You could not ask for a better caring team. I would recommend this service to anyone needing in home care!!!!
