This company is TERRIBLE! They will send you supplies that you didn’t ask for and then send you a bill that is never itemized, so you have no idea what you’re being charged for. Think a quick call to customer service will help? Think again, dear consumer! No one wants to give you any answers. Want to only order the supplies you need? No such luck. They harass you to order but when you try, they just send you everything THEY want to charge you for. STAY AWAY FROM APRIA. THEY ARE CROOKS!

Have called several times, a couple of times put on hold one time for over an hour then hung up on. Another time got some guy that couldn't help me I should call back. Called back nobody would answer. I gave up. I need to report you to Medicare since we're suppose to have a 3 year contract. Nobody has come to service the machine I have in 22 months. Hoses I had to find on my own. But I see from Medicare you got your payments. Huge disappointment.

The staff was very helpful to get me a replacement CPAP machine. They were able to get me set up and answer all my questions. A great experience working with these people.

I was able to get in much quicker than other places to get my CPAP machine. (took just a few business days; compared to the 3 weeks it would have taken at another place) They were really helpful. They had all the costs figured when they scheduled my appointment so I would know what I'd have to pay out of pocket.
