Dr ordered a breast pump - I received notification that same day and it was delivered to my house. The driver was courteous and let me know when he would be at my house and then when he arrived. Very pleased

The lady at the counter was quite pleasant but told me that I would need to order my equipment from the continent as they do not have my size. This is my second try to get the correct mask.

UPDATE: The problem has been resolved and after numerous times I have finally received new parts for the breast pump. Only place on Maui to rent out a hospital grade breast pump, Medela Symphony. Margaret has the greatest customer service over the phone and has helped me throughout the whole ordeal. So kudos to her! I just took off a star off because there shouldn’t have been a problem getting new parts to replace the broken one in the first place.

Initial phone call from Apria not received in a timely matter. I was told I would get another phone call from Apria to set up either delivery or for me to go pick it up. I said I would rather pick it up so that someone could show me how to Assemble this machine and how it works.Again She said someone would call me and we could decide which way I wanted to receive my machine . No one called me and then two weeks later I receive a box in the mail with the CPAP machine basically there you go do it yourself very disappointe. my mother has Gammi for her CPAP. They have walked her through 100% she went into the office. They set up everything they size the right mask and it’s monitored so if anything goes wrong, they’re calling her to find out what’s happening and how her sleep went. They even know how long she sleeps every night . I have no idea what’s going on I have to read a manual and assemble the machine myself . The bag came with 3 sizes of masks leaving it for ME to choose the correct size. Do I go for comfort? Do I go for seal? Is it too tight? Is it too loose? If mask size is wrong, I won’t get proper oxygen. Leaving me where I started from. I’m VERY VERY disappointed.!!

I wasn’t expecting a delivery at 8 PM at night. That was awesome because my son really needed the nebulizer. The delivery driver was super kind. Upon delivery, I asked him if he had a bigger mask as my son is a lot bigger for his age. He tried to go and look for a bigger mask in his vehicle, but didn’t have one. Which was fine. I made do with what was given. He offered to come back in the morning to deliver a larger mask, but I told him it wasn’t necessary. The fact that he offered to do that was a nice gesture. Overall great experience
