APRIA was a very response company when I was struggling to get a Cpap machine. They returned my call within 24 hours and set me up to receive the Cpap and attachments. I knew there would be a wait period due to a worldwide Cpap shortage. But I was alerted when it shipped and arrived. They were very timely and professional and have real people on the phone! ( unlike a different company which didn’t want you to leave more than one message and never called back!) I would definitely recommend APRIA.

I've had 4 CPAP suppliers over the last 5 years. All of them were terrible. Earlier this year my Philip's Dreamstation was recalled. Apria helped me to obtain a new device. I received my new Resmed Airsense 11 2 months ago. Apria is, BY FAR, the best CPAP supplier. By far!!!

worst company i have ever dealt with. even if you get someone online you are constantly transfered. I had a cigna representative oon hold with them 3 hours. no respritory therapists. could not be more angry with a company

This is the worst company for oxygen that I have ever dealt with! It's so hard to actually get to speak with anyone on the phone and when you do it is not anyone from the local office. My mother in law called to have oxygen delivered and they told her we need to come pick it up (40 minutes away) so my husband takes off work early today to exchange the oxygen. He gets to the office at 4 and there is a note stating new hours. They had closed at 330 which would have been nice if the person on the phone had informed us of this. So when I called to see what could be done to get oxygen since they won't be open until Monday the woman I talked to today was even shocked to hear about the new hours. Terrible service for such an important medical need!

Even after cancelling service, they have not stopped auto shipment and so we've had to return supplies sent. They continue bill even after service was stopped (6 months after!) It has been over a year and we're still dealing with this mess. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
