Apple Village is one of the BEST assisted living facilities I’ve ever stepped foot into! I would give them 10 stars if I could! The receptionists are so sweet, kind, and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and can answer about any question you could ask to do with Apple Village. The facility is always maintained to a high level of satisfaction and safety for their residents!

Horrified by What I Saw on the Tour – DO NOT Send Your Loved One Here! I recently toured Apple Village Assisted Living, and I was absolutely horrified by what I witnessed. I cannot believe this place is allowed to operate, let alone care for vulnerable residents. If you’re considering this facility for a loved one—DON’T. Disgusting kitchen and food: The kitchen was a complete nightmare—dirty, disorganized, and reeking of old, spoiled food. I saw cold, unappetizing meals being served to residents, and I can’t imagine anyone actually eating that. The level of sanitation was appalling; I wouldn’t eat here, let alone trust them to feed my loved one. Horrible living conditions: I saw mold growing on the walls, leaky ceilings with water stains, and mice droppings in corners. There were bugs crawling near the dining area, and the entire place smelled musty and unclean. It was shocking. Neglect and unprofessional staff: The staff was rude and dismissive, talking down to residents and ignoring basic needs. The kitchen staff was openly unprofessional, and I overheard staff complaining about their jobs rather than focusing on care. Some of the so-called "nurses" looked strung out and completely unfit to be handling medication or caring for anyone. A disturbing lack of leadership: The administrator was shockingly rude, with no professionalism whatsoever. Rather than leading a well-run facility, it’s clear they are letting things completely fall apart. The entire place felt neglected and mismanaged. I was only there for a tour, and yet I left feeling sick to my stomach thinking about the poor residents trapped in this mess. I wouldn’t leave an enemy here, let alone someone I care about. Please, do your research and stay far away from Apple Village.

They are very welcoming and gets along very well with other residents it's just amazing watching all the residents get to together with one another for activities or even just socializing having a conversation with one another. The administrator is just amazing hes always there when in need takes everyone's concerns serious.

I recently visited Apple Village and was so very impressed with all of the staff. The Village is clean and cozy! Such a warm and inviting feeling. I met with Amanda and could right away see the love and compassion she has for every resident and staff member. My upcoming decision was made so much easier now I’ve visited Apple Village. I have no doubt my loved one will be in the best care possible.
