Ashton On The plaza is a cosmetically lovely facility. That’s about the only nice thing I can say about it. The care is lackadaisical, they don’t clean the rooms, they don’t change their sheets, they don’t do the laundry regularly, when they do the laundry they put it in a variety of ridiculous places as opposed to in the clearly labeled drawers. There appears to be no communication between staff. It is a horrific facility and I would not put anyone you liked here. That being said, they fired the manager and brought in a transition team to fix things but after three months, I decided it just wasn’t worth the 8000 bucks a month for me to wait for them to get their shit together.

I rarely call the main number but every time I've done so, the person who answers is most concerned with pointing out to me that it's not her job to know where residents are. I just wanted to find out who was and how to get in touch with them. I'm usually fairly quickly called back by someone else on staff. afterwards.
