What really sets Anthem Senior Manor apart is that it feels like so much more than assisted living.<br><br>Sam, the owner, is personally involved and genuinely gets to know the residents. Each person receives personalized care based on their individual needs, preferences, and personality. That personal involvement gives families an incredible sense of comfort and trust.<br><br>The daily activities are another huge plus. There is a dedicated activities director who keeps residents engaged with a wonderful variety of games, social activities, and things to do. It creates a real sense of community rather than simply being a place where people receive care.<br><br>I also really appreciate the all-inclusive approach. The list of services included is extensive, so families don’t constantly have to worry about unexpected extra charges for every little thing.<br><br>And one detail that really impressed us is the wheelchair-accessible van, which families can use free of charge. That kind of thoughtful service says a lot about how much they care about both the residents and their families.<br><br>Most importantly, you can tell that this isn’t just a business to Sam and his team. They genuinely care about the people entrusted to them.<br><br>If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will receive personalized attention, stay active and socially engaged, and truly feel cared for, I highly recommend this community.<br><br>It really is much more than assisted living — it’s a caring community where residents are treated like family. ❤️

Anthem Senior Manor is a world apart from the last place that our mother lived. We love the staff! They really care and you can certainly tell. The environment is simply amazing. The food and activities are out of this world. We are so glad that we were able to find this amazing place for our mother to live.

When my brother’s care plan suddenly changed and I was faced with finding him a new facility to meet his expanding medical needs, I was worried I wouldn’t find him just the right fit, one that could meet his needs but still be a home environment where he’d be comfortable, well cared for and safe.<br><br>Anthem Senior Manor was one of the facilities that came highly recommended. It was very important that I could keep his primary care, Jana, and I would be able to do that here. I called and scheduled a visit. I was impressed the minute I stepped through the front door. I was met with a welcoming, bustling home, greeted by friendly caregivers and happy residents participating in a variety of activities.<br><br>I talked with Sam Ile, the owner, who was open, honest and answered all my questions. He didn’t bat an eye at my brother’s needs and even suggested he would furnish his room with a hospital bed that would enable my brother’s participation in his mobility and a sense of independence. I met Tracey (the manager) Carlos (the asst. manager) and the three caregivers working that day. I was immediately struck by how welcoming, friendly and family oriented everyone was. There was a lot going on, everyone was busy working (separately and together) getting things done and making sure everyone was having their needs met.<br><br>Since my brother’s move to Anthem Senior Manor (I thank my lucky stars that they had one bedroom open) I cannot thank Sam, Tracey, Carlos and the wonderful caregivers for their exceptional care and welcoming John into the family. I always know how he’s doing and what he’s been up to. They have all gone above and beyond my expectations. They have made every effort to get to know him and participate in his ever changing medical needs. The communication lines are always open and that’s very important, especially where a loved one is concerned.<br><br>I feel so fortunate that John has found his home at Anthem Senior Manor. He’s happy, participating in activities and is surrounded by truly caring people who have his best interests in mind.

The chaos that has become our life stopped after stepping into Anthem Senior Manor and meeting Sam, the owner. I was also welcomed immediately by managers Carlos and Tracey. Both of my parents were living in Washington and after numerous health emergencies, enough was enough, I needed and wanted them closer. My mother suffers from Alzheimer’s, frightening for the person as well as the family. My father has many health issues including dementia.<br><br>From the first day he was placed in ASM, I never questioned my decision. I instantly felt the love, comfort, and reassurance from Sam that my dad was in good hands. Sam expressed several times I could always reach out with questions and concerns, and he would be there. Good to his word, he has been. I can’t sugar coat my dad’s personality. He is strong willed, quick to anger, and stubborn. Giving up your independence and moving into a home with others is a big deal. Despite his many flareups, the caregivers have always treated him with respect.<br><br>My dad arrived with his prior caregiver from Washington at deaths door. Jana, the houses NP, quickly, efficiently, and professionally diagnosed and ran tests to get his health stabilized. I have never met any medical professional more on top of geriatric medicine than Jana. She is persistent and never gives up. Tracey and Carlos are always working behind the scenes making sure everyone receives the best care possible.<br>Tracey and Carlos are always working behind the scenes making sure everyone receives the best care possible.<br>After getting my dad settled my mom arrived, moving her from another care facility having finally settled in her previous home, I was worried she would have a hard time adjusting to the move. You see my mom is an only child that went from college to marriage never living alone. Her Alzheimer’s is very advanced to the point she was forgetting who my dad was. It was hard to be patient waiting for another room to open at ASM. My parents have been married for 66 years and are now reunited living under the same roof at ASM. They have been together for a month now. The house sends pictures showing me the activities my mom is involved in. She is not one to sit still and likes to be involved, which can be taxing on anyone, but the skilled caregivers pick up on those cues and redirect and focus her attention on other things.<br><br>A cute story, once she was having a bad day when my dad was out of the house. Carlos put her in the car to run errands and played music from her generation so she could sing along. All her worries in that moment subsided. That’s just one of the many sweet gestures that I have witnessed. To say the least, my mom has adjusted well.<br><br>For anyone seeking a place for a loved one, look no further than one of Sam’s homes. Each is operated by people who will treat your loved ones with love, care, compassion, and dignity. Sam and his care team have developed a culture that is incredible. It can only be understood by experiencing it. The difference in their operation is noticeable in small details. Each new resident is greeted with the red-carpet service. The home is immaculate. The caregivers are exceptional in every way.<br><br>Thank you, Sam, Tracey, Carlos, and Jana and all the compassionate caregivers, for welcoming my parents with open arms, when it was an especially difficult time for our family. Our lives have become easier knowing they are both safe, eating well and cared for in such a loving way.

From the first conversation I had with Anthem Senior Manors Director Sam, I knew this was the perfect place for my Dad. Sam provided me with a complete look into the type of care my father would receive but it didn't end there. All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly answered and the residence itself is just beautiful! Since Dad has been there he's participated in activities, made friends, enjoyed wonderful meals and loved showing his visitors his great new home. We, as a family know his care is always at the forefront of everything they do and we couldn't have asked for more.
