My mom briefly used this company when she was in and out of the hospital, as they had apparently just taken over the company called Nurses and co, which is what she had beed trying to get with. The first contact with them involved a rep sneaking into her rehab room to give her promotional items and try to sell her on the company. They never communicated to their staff when I called to tell them she was in the hospital. They sent a different nurse each time, and had no sense of goals or end date; they seemed to just want to stay indefinitely instead of getting her back on her feet. She switched to St. Luke’s home health, and wrapped up her rehab months ago. Despite not having anything to do with them since January, they are still calling to try to get her back in their books in late august. It’s very creepy and borderline harassing behavior.
