Having the services gives me peace of mind knowing my mom has care. They are very kind to my mom. The caregivers talk with my mom and keep her company. I think they are doing a good job learning how my mom is. They rise to the occasion and think on their feet. The office communication is good, they are very friendly and always let me know if there is any scheduling changes. They don't treat me like a number, they know who the client is and the needs of the clients. I appreciate how up front and transparent they are about what kind of care they can provide. I like how we have 2 consistent caregivers now. Since we started with the agency last year we have had 5 caregivers, but when they don't match well the office is very accommodating with getting a different caregiver. I just call the agency and let them know my concern, and they address it.

Visiting Angels caregivers have been wonderful with my 101 year old Mom. The caregivers make sure she gets the things she needs. I feel comfortable with the caregivers being at the house. They are trustworthy. Many of my friends said the caregivers would do otherthings than watch my Mom. I find that is not true with the caregivers from Visiting Angels. The thing I appreciate is that the same caregivers are with my Mom and the she likes the caregivers very much.

My mother fell in her bathroom and needed emergency room care. It was clear that at 96-years-old she could no longer live alone and more specifically needed around the clock care. Anyone who has sought in home care for a loved one will readily acknowledge that finding the best fit is no easy task. It's not like asking a friend who they use because few, if any, friends have had the need for in home care. Both my sister and I began our search by independently calling the services mentioned by the local hospital, then compared notes of which agencies we felt most comfortable working with. We both agreed that Visiting Angels were far and above in how they answered our concerns. Visiting Angels turned out to be an excellent choice and for one specific reason--their staff is stellar. In fact, I'd say they have gone above and beyond what anyone would expect from any agency. What is especially appreciated is that if the staff feels that something isn't quite right with the situation it is immediately brought to my attention. If you want peace of mind that a loved one is well cared for look no further, Visiting Angels will do what needs to be done in a caring and loving way.
