Horrible. Their workers need to go thru proper sterlization techniques and not touch other things while dealing with open wounds! My Mom ended up in hospital with Sepsis! Nurse was touching her tablet and other things while dealing with open wound. We complained that there was a smell which is sign of infection and told it was normal. I see why now they have low rating per Indiana Medicare ranking website.

Absolutely terrible. I am a current client and will be looking for a new agency soon. Their failure to provide staffing coverage, inability to return calls, or keep me informed has pushed me passed my breaking point. One coordinator even told me that I should admit myself into a long term care facility because they could not find a CNA to provide services. I've left several messages for Coordinators and even the owner, Shelly, and none have called me back. I had to hear from one LPN that they were no longer working with me due to pay issues with Anchor. She notified them at 2PM, yet no one called to let me know that weekend coverage would not be provided. I'm strongly considering contacting an attorney to see if I have any recourse for neglect, malpractice, infliction of emotional distress and any other options available to me. UPDATE 7/17/203: Anchor is sending me to a collection agency because they improperly billed insurance for over two years. They said they'd work with me & insurance to resolve this matter. They quickly stopped contacting me and after our initial meeting. I assumed it was taken care of.

When my son with autism and epilepsy turned 18, I decided to pursue an opportunity to become his full-time caregiver and became a home health aide through a company called Help At Home, which abruptly dissolved the position, due to legal reasons. I had to find new employment as well as new services for my son and walking into Anchor for the first time, I could already tell this company was much more professional, organized, more knowledgeable and more resourceful than H@H. While no company is flawless, and there have been some staff changes, all of our needs have been met at Anchor! I am now extremely happy where we are! Everyone in the office is so kind and courteous anytime I am there or call for anything. I would highly recommend this company to any individual(s) in a similar situation or who have needs such as ours.

I had a wonderful experience with Anchor Heath team. My nurse and therapist made me feel more at ease with the home care situation. They did a great job getting me on my feet again and on the road to recovery. I will request them again if the need should happen to arise. Thank you Anchor.

This entity needs to be closed down! They received an order for PT/OT for my daughter on January 31, 2020. I called them and spoke with the referral department on the 31st and was assured they could provide the services ordered and would be in touch to schedule the appointment. On February 11,2020 I telephoned them back as we had never received any communication from them. After multiple run arounds and no one knowing if they could provide the services ordered on January 31st, JoAnn said she would discuss with the scheduler and call me back. Well JoAnn called on the 12th stating the scheduler said they could not provide the services! 2 weeks have went by that my daughter who has cancer was denied services needed! Keep in mind that it would probably have been longer if I wasn't persistent in calling them 😡. I find it interesting that majority of the reviews are from staff, if you look into their Medicare quality review scores it gives more of an accurate view of the poor service they provide. Seems like the management gave a "push" to have employees give Google reviews to increase the Google score! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR YOUR NEEDS! UPDATE: The executive director Ms. Wilson did call me back to let me know that she has 6 employees out with the flu so she is just moving bodies around to "cover". She provided more excuses and when I addressed her quality review scores, she cut me off with an attitude and wished me luck with a different company and hung up on me! A real class act this company is!
