Typically I find all the staff there very friendly and helpful. However I had a bad experience today with the person answering the phone. Before I could get the question out of my mouth she started rattling off something, thinking she was answering my question that I hadn't even asked. I finally asked if I could say somthing. She didn'teven know anything about how to answer the question which was where can I find the menu. All she knew was that it isn't in the newletter which I already knew. I totally felt my call was a nuisance. I finally asked if I could talk to someone else and she said "no goodbye". if I were a new person and someone from the center treated me like that, I'd never look back at the Fountain Valley Senior Center again.
