My mother had dementia and after her last fall her Drs. at UCLA said she would need fulltime care. Unfortunately, during Covid it was not an easy task. So with the help of the skilled nursing facility she was in, I placed her into a brand new assisted living facility in Van Nuys. As the location was started getting more residents the quality of care was dropping. It was not good. Her hospice care team helped me locate Anaverdes Villa in Palmdale and what an godsend! Erwin, his wife Desiree and supporting staff treated my Mom everyday so extremely well and with respect. They made her feel like she (myself as well when I visited her) was at home. I recommend them highly and you will be happy your family member is there.

My parents have been with Erwin and his staff at Anaverdes since August, 2020. We cannot say enough positive feedback about this home care. They took my parents in right away and my parents improved so much. The staff is supportive, nice and caring. We are very happy here.

My Aunt Lucy (who's been like a mother to me since my mom passed), has always been a very strong, fit, healthy, independent woman, her entire life.... She lived alone for the past 20 years, & was able to drive her big Buick automobile, beyond her 90th birthday. As Nancy, stated in her review below, unfortunately, Lucy had a couple of serious falls, which required her to be moved into a, assisted living facility. This all came about very suddenly. We were so lucky (BLESSED), to have found these amazing, kind, sweet, caring people. who have taken our Lucy, into their beautiful home & provided her with the professional TLC she now needs. The entire staff (loving family), at Anaverdes Villa, have been a Godsend! I honestly don't know what we would have done, had we (Nancy), had not found them. The first time I drove up from San Diego to Palmdale, to visit my Aunt Lucy,, was the weekend right after the Thanksgiving holiday. After i arrived and met everybody, I was able to spend time with Lucy. Later, they invited me to stay & have dinner with their family, along with my Aunt. As it was getting later, the weather started getting bad (snowing) & the road conditions were becoming unsafe to drive. They (Erwin & Desiree), insisted that I stay the night & leave in the morning when the conditions were safe. They prepared me a very comfortable bed & even put an extra space heater in the room to keep me nice & comfy & warm. These people/family, truly are, amazing people! Their assisted living facility (HOME), is perfect! Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Lucy!

Checked in a Family Member that needs some assistance and cannot live alone... We selected Erwin and his Team and could not be Happier... The care and treatment is just like you are a member of the Family.... The Folks at Anaverdes Villa do this because taking care of the people they are blessed with is their Passion.. I kid you not, beyond impressed with the care and Concern they give. Dean is the Best Physical Therpist around!!! You won't go wrong with the choice of Anaverdes Villa...!!!!!!

My 91 year-old Stepmom (Lucy) recently suffered a few falls and the Doctor's determined that she no longer would be able to live on her own. I found Anaverdes Villa with the help of the "Looking for Care" organization and they could not have found a better fit for Lucy! The owner (Erwin), told me he would take care of Lucy like she was his own Mom and him and his wife Desiree and their remarkable Team certainly have! We are so happy and grateful to have found these wonderful people and Lucy adapted quickly to her new home and family. Her Physical Therapist Dean is making great progress with her too! I highly recommend Anaverdes Villa to anyone looking for an Assisted Living Home for a family member or friend. They are truly a very special and skilled Team!!
