Americaring Hands has been a truly comforting place for my mom. The staff are kind, attentive, and treat every resident with genuine respect and dignity. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels safe, cared for, and at home. Knowing my mom is in such compassionate hands gives me real peace of mind. My husband suffered from advanced Alzheimer’s and when I began having issues with the first care facility I chose for him, a trusted advisor said, “Just call Abdul.” I am so glad I took that advice and moved my husband into Americaring Hands’ newest home on Brookview in Allen. Abdul, the owner and a Nurse Practitioner, demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and compassion right away in his approach to care management. He was always on top of any issues my husband was facing and proactive in making adjustments as needed to help his quality of life. The caregivers were well trained, caring and gave a lot of personal attention to my husband. The staff to patient ratio was excellent. I never worried that my husband’s needs would have to wait. Abdul’s communication also goes above and beyond, and all of this provided our family with peace of mind. My husband recently passed away and the compassion and care Abdul and his team provided at the end of his life were a great comfort to our family in this difficult time. I can’t imagine a better facility.

We moved my wife to Americaring Hands a few months ago after a previous residence did not work out for her. She is in the later stages of Alzheimer's and Abdul was ready to take on the challenges that this demands. He and his caregivers appear to be doing a really good job of meeting her care needs and I often see her smiling and laughing with the staff in their daily interactions. She had found the second home she needs with the loving care provided.

My mother was referred to AmeriCaring Hands after a hip fracture required nursing that she could not receive at the assisted living facility where she had resided. She also suffered from dementia and anxiety, and this was particularly a challenge following hip surgery. When Abdul and his team began to care for her, I noticed that she immediately became calm and pleasant. She obviously felt safe and secure in her new home, and she responded well to the nursing services provided by Abdul. I have recently moved my dad to AmeriCaring Hands now. He also requires special nursing services, as he is immobile and is currently dealing with a wound that he developed four months ago in a rehab facility. After a few days with Abdul and the team, he too became calm, content, and feeling at home. Abdul gives his wound extra care each day, and the results are amazing. It has begun to heal without the aggressive treatment proposed by other wound specialists, and we are thrilled to see such great results after the special attention that Abdul is willing to take the time to provide. I would recommend Americaring Hands to anyone who is looking for the best possible senior living care for their loved ones. I wish that I had heard about Abdul before I tried three other facilities for my parents!

We have loved being part of the Americaring Hands family. Our dad moved in several months ago. My dad has loved the food & the care takers. He has his room, but loves to hang out working on puzzles at the kitchen table. The team is very engaging & allows us to work together to resolve any issues with my dad’s behavior. They are very patience & experienced with patients like my dad. We highly recommend Abdul & the team.
