I am extremely grateful to Alexis and the entire team at American Home Patient. They worked relentlessly with Medicare and my doctor to provide a spare battery for my Inogen. I have used a CPAP now faithfully for over 15 years. The past few months i have struggled with my nasal mask, with either air leaks or having to tighten the mask to the point it created tenderness, or cuts under my nose. I made an appointment with American Home Patient in Temple Texas with Darrell Smotek. He took the tome to hear all the issues I was have been having and methodically answered them all making suggestions on Masks that may work better for me and the way I sleep. We decided on the best one and I was very happy to have spent time with Darrell to solve the problem. Thank you Darrell and American Home Patient.

Mr Smotek was a great instructor for my bilevel machine! He was explanatory and thurough. He genuinely cared about my questions and health. I was fit in to be setup within a week of my sleep study. I love that they call to remind me about my supplies when they are due and the app that will show me my data. Thank you AHP Temple.
