Highly recommended!! They were quick with getting my order completed and were willing to help me along the way even when my provider was being ridiculous. Very caring people here. They helped me a lot and I know they will do the same for others.

This company is the absolute WORST. Period. I was told at my first visit with this company 4 YEARS AGO that I would be contacted monthly to see if I needed anything….I have never heard a single word from anyone. The second I need something because the motor in my CPAP machine is failing, I get zilch except attitude and the runaround. First I’m told it’s insurance and corrected the very ill-tempered woman I spoke with that I had talked to my insurance company already and THEN it became company policy. This place is terrible with horrible customer service and I will never use them again strongly suggest others do not. Especially the Hickory, NC office.

My husband was set up on oxygen here in Lenoir and the guy that delivered it was outstanding. He explained 3vwrything real clear and did not act like he was in a hurry. He was very polite and easy to talk to. Thank you Timmy for a great job.

The staff here are great, especially Kisha. Kisha is very patient while working with her patients, takes time to explain everything and listen to our concerns. She's the best, just a joy to work with. She always greets patients with a smile! She helped me with my original equipment several years ago, and I was happy to see she was still there and helped me with my replacement equipment today!

Every time I go into the office to see Miss. Kisha everyone is smiling and pleasant. Miss Kisha is very knowledgeable and patient. I was not comfortable with my machine but she was able offer options to help me get comfortable. From why I should you distilled water in my machine to changing my face mask. This is my second time going through the sleep machine process. I have been using machine every night.
