Excellent service. I was in town from out of state to visit my folks who are regular patients here. I forgot an adapter for my PAP mask and walked in looking for help. Everyone was very friendly and helped make sure I got what I needed to continue my therapy without interruption. Thank you!

I have been getting my oxegen from them for years and years I used to be very active and use alot of oxegen they always made shure I had plenty of oxegen to ride my Harley go on trips! Without these great people I would have sat at home tethered to a machine and probably would have perished by now .I do not have a potable oxegen concentrator still wearing tanks on my back getting harder as it has been 12 years 5 stars again thank you to all of you at American Home Patient so much more I could say ❤️

The impression, good or bad, one gains with a large company like AH usually comes down to the interaction with one person. My recent contacts have included the purchase of two new CPAPs, one each for my wife and me, and the testing out and selecting of a new mask for my wife (hers was no longer doing the job). Your employee James Grieco of Conway, SC, handled all of these situations for me with enthusiasm and expertise, guiding me through the paperwork and the required prescriptions, meeting all of my requests and needs. Mr. Grieco is an asset to your company and I wanted to be certain your were aware of this.

My dad has received service and equipment from American HomePatient in Conwayfor many years. Dad knew everyone by name at American HomePatient. And they knew him. Anytime he called the team of people for supplies they responded quickly. When Dad was declining I had to resume his services. Service and rapport with customers… excellent.

Beth and James are the absolute best! I was in upstate rural NY. My bipap machine stopped working, James and Beth facilitated an exchange. They went way above and beyond customer service. My wife and I are very grateful for their genuine concern for my well being.
