I filled out a huge packet for this job application. After a month of consistently calling and going in person just to check on one simple step, the background check. They finally called me in just to completed it in about five minutes right in front of me. The staff is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t take their job seriously. The environment felt very immature. Then they had me do my fingerprinting and told me they would find me a client and call me back… it’s been four months🤣🤣✌🏼 very disappointing experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Extremely unprofessional and EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. They will set up healthcare and cancel the night before. And thy will do it multiple times. They will abandoned your loved one. This company should not allowed to be in business and should not be funded through DSHS.

I went over there 3 weeks ago to fill out an application of 50 pages, the staff didn’t pay much attention to me when I asked questions. When was done with it. The one that took the application from me said that she was going to set up a finger printing and call me back the next day. I am still waiting for the phone call from them, even after I called them and left a message in the voice mail. We are better off with CARE.COM.
