I really enjoy working for this company. There could be a couple changes like a way to request days off in advance, a little bit of a higher pay rate (I think $15 to $16 depending on experience), ability to get a raise on anniversary dates (like when you start), and performance reviews. They were really understanding when I had to take time off for when I had a death in my family and had to travel out of state. They were also understanding when there was snow storms (i travel about 30 minutes to get to my clients home) and couldn't travel the roads. Knowledge about the clients beforehand would be great too. Never know what your going to walk into medically.

Went with this company for services for my grandmother and Jessica Karol has been so helpful with the entire process and is always there when I need something for her! Highly recommended any one to use americas home health services!

I called to get info about taking care of father and spoke to Jessica. She was so polite and so professional. She informed me of many services that I was not aware of. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended! My only regret is not reaching out to them sooner because I Felt that nobody would be able to care for my grandma is I would! I was juggling two households; mine and my grandma only, and then realized I wasn’t able to be there for both at the same time! Working with Beth and her team, They keep me involved and informed so I don’t feel like abandoning grandma and she gets to stay in the comfort of her home! I’m still there for grandma but now I actually get to enjoy more free time with and my family doesn’t suffer! And the joy the aides bring to grandma, as she calls them her friends! So she too is happier to have Daily visitors! Thank you, America’s Home Health for giving all of us a peace of mind and for caring for grandma as much as we do! Sincerely, Jess
