After a patient's passing, families can access up to one year of bereavement support and guidance from trained counselors, with both virtual and in-person support group options available.

My husband is currently a patient under their pallative care program and has been under their care for about 2 months now. They originally were great in getting him started in the program. Questions were answered, calls returned promptly, it nice to contact them 24/7. Unfortunately as each week went by the services they are supposed to provide or we asked help with went unanswered or ignored. My husband had to directly ask to speak with his attending doctor and during their conversation my husband was treated with rudness, the man had no compassion and when it came to discussing medications the doctor told my husband he would only prescribe Methadone, or nothing at all. Methadone is not a viable option for my husband, it doesn't treat pain. My husband is in end stage liver failure. They keep wanting to prescribe medication that is harmful to the liver. Now when we call we wait several hours before a nurse calls back. There is never a set day or time when the nurses visit. What they advertise that they offer isn't always the case. My husband feels as well I that he is being neglected and labeled unjustly. And now they claim they are giving him a new care team, but medication they prescribed was never discussed prior to authorization. Then 2 days after the order was placed he still hasn't gotten the medication . We researched it and it was not for what they told us they were prescribing it for and its bad for your liver and blood tests need to be done to monitor levels. They don't do bloodwork. I recommend you really do your homework and research before choosing this company.

They have no compassion, no communication skills. They tell you to call anytime and it takes hours before a nurse calls you or shows up. Doctor doesn't read your chart, he is rude and arrogant. They make me feel as if I'm not a part of my overall treatment plan. They make me feel as though I'm being neglected. As well as making me feel labeled as something I'm not. Doctor communicated to me about my medications and he said it was his way or no way. Have called administration twice to voice my concerns. When a person is under palliative care they shouldn't be subjected to more stress, they claim to offer services for mental health and I have repeatedly asked for it as I also have mental health issues and there is no one. Instead of making me more comfortable in my last days they are making it worse. My recommendation is if you truly care about your loved one look elsewhere for care.

Our family can not express the gratitude we have for the whole hospice team. Not one time did we call that we were treated with compassion and respect. Several times they sent a nurse out right away to check on our mother and make her comfortable. Rae was absolutely wonderful and treated mom more like her daughter. Kelly the nurse was wonderful. The pastor came to see her and pray with us. Mom passed away peacefully three hours later.
