Donnie Howard from the Winchester, TN office went above and beyond in doing my brother in laws (McLouis Petermans) care!! We are sad that his PT ended due to insurance purposes because Donnie had him taking steps that he hasnt been able to do in over 4 years. Mac is paralyzed on his left side and blind so for this to happen is nothing short of the patience, encouragement, and care that Donnie showed him!! We are going to speak with his PCP to try and get therapy started back up. When we do...we hope that we get Donnie!! 😊

I fell through the cracks of Amedysis. After surgery for a ruptured Achilles Tendon; Amedysis was to send physical therapy which never occurred. I waited for over a week after coming home and no PT arrived. My followup appointment with the surgeon was due in 3 days so I decided to just talk to her about their failure. I would not recommend them ever. Their excuse was they were waiting for approval from the insurance. It had been approved by BCBS but Amedysis let me fall through the cracks of their ; I guess their incompetence. Sandra Bruce Oh yes I got therapy from another service.

Our nurse, Connie was helpful and nice. When we had to call, everyone was helpful. The director, Cindy was answered right away when we needed her. We can't say enough kind words, thank you! Dennis and Dinah Cantor

Nurses were very nice. Tracy my therapist I really liked. She helped me feel comfortable getting in & out of my house. 7 steps both ways. With my accident having to learn to use my right leg again. I recommend them to anyone who needs in home therapy.
