Sean was so patient and caring with my father. Once we were able to switch all of his care to Sean, everything was smooth sailing. He always communicated well, was on time, and was attentive to my dad’s needs. You could tell he genuinely cared about the job he was doing and about the people he was caring for. We are very thankful for everything he did.

The nurses, and PT are amazing! Truly. My aunt needed help and nurses like Mary were so kind to her. My aunt cannot hear or see well and they had so much patience with her. Kelsey, Trevor, and Shawn were all so good to my aunt. She loved when they came over as they were more than PT they were family. My aunt always made sure Kelsey had some candy to take with her. I highly recommend Amedisys home health care! They are kind, caring, and want to know your needs as a person not just a patient.

Horrible company to deal with. The nurse that was sent to our home was very rude to family and the patient. They also do not give enough warning about visits. 9:30 pm the night before to schedule an appointment for the very next day? Impossible to work with when other members of the household need to schedule their work around the appointments. I've had home health for other family members (this was 10 years ago), but the experience then was helpful, orderly, and we had a set day of the week to expect a nurse.

Gave me a 48 hour notice that my mothers care will stop. Dont care if I had any nurses for her. When i asked if this is how they do patients Debbie in the office stated all they have to do is give 48 hrs. Speech (Chris) was awesome, Tina the bath lady was great! Jennifer the lpn tried her best! Tara the RN is a slacker. Dont trust they will be able to manage your loved one! You MUST stay on top of this company and keep reminding them of your loved ones needs. This company is heartless and soulless. My mother is at the end of her life and this company made a decision to jump ship and did not care of her or her family had medical supervision. All they cared was they were done and gave me 48 hr notice. And my notice came from a speech therapist NOT EVEN FROM HER NURSE!
