HUGE THANK YOU TO LISANDRA so knowledgeable so caring such a great advocate for the community honesty I been in hours search for a living for my father and honestly she broke it down and didn’t sugar coat nothing she made sure all rules of the community and all activities medical and everything was knows as a day at the Amber court was she needs to be recognized honestly cause I spoken to so many other community’s and this is the spirit I need to assure my father in good hands and I won’t be scared or worried THANK YOU LISANDRA GOD BLESS YOU ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My mother lived at Amber Court of Elizabeth for 20 months and left 2 months ago. Amber Court was supposed to release her SSI assistance funds that were held during her stay, but despite multiple attempts to get this resolved, she still hasn’t received her money. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

The staff is very caring and there are activities. My sister is a dialysis patient is well taken care by terrific nurses, other than kidneys she is in best shape of past many years. Just realize ( and this why only 4 stars): it is a former hotel in Elizabeth and there's no greenery, although there is a roof garden and it can use upgrades modernization in many areas. However, she is generally very happy there and everyone treats her as family. All of her needs are dealt with. And as to some older reviews, I have no problem getting in touch with management and there is good communication.

This 5-star rating is for how professional and compassionate Sandra is at Amber Court. She takes the time to thoroughly explain all the particulars and to listen to your concerns. She truly loves what she does and it is reflected in her dialogue. Sandra's a gem!! Amber Court is blessed to have her as a representative of that establishment. Blessings!!

Amber Court is NOT FOR PATIENTS WITH MEMORY ISSUES. It is Good for seniors with All their Faculties. My Mom has Dementia, Dementia Patients Do notLike to Bathe. The Amber Court Staff does nothing regards bathing. My Mom’s Feet smelled Awful. The Director told me that the Memory Ward (3rd fl) there are residents that NEVER BATHE, That was on a Wednesday, My Mom was Moved out of there on Friday. The Medical Staff is Disgraceful. They Lie 99% of the time. I would Not recommend anyone putting their Loved ones here who has A Memory Deficiency. The One Star goes to the Staff that Looked after my Mom and Lisandro and the Kitchen Staff They were Great.. Senior Management (Sheena & Avie T.) They only came to the forefront when we started to complain. Avie, Called Only when we Threatened to move our Mom. If the board of Health knew the Memory Ward Patients were not getting proper care they would Shut that Ward Down, and So they Should!!
