This team goes above and beyond to ensure their clients feel supported, respected, and valued. It’s rare to find a group so innovative and dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. If you’re looking for a home health provider, they are tremendous!

My home care with my Nurse Aid is Mavell is great! She pays attention to every detail concerning me! I feel happy with my care from Salus. I had great service with the physical therapist too. I thank you very much!

I have nothing but highly positive things to say about the team of care professionals we are lucky enough to be working with. The type of care my mother in law needed changed so rapidly, I am so grateful for their help in meeting those needs. We looked forward to Nicole's daily visits. Not only has Nicole worked so lovingly with her, she set my worries to rest as she showed me what we needed to do to care for her and make her comfortable. Without hesitation I would happily recommend the Salus Homecare team to everyone who finds themselves in need of these sensitive services.

I was a former patient and one day the police came to my door looking for my CNA. The police officer even told my husband that it probably wasn't a good idea to have someone like her taking care of me. I'm not sure what that meant but Salus decided to let me go as a patient due to whatever happened to the aid. I agree the office staff is rude and inconsiderate.

I have a daughter with multiple disabilities and Salus Home Care was our respite provider. They were extremely unprofessional. On several occasions, no one even showed up at our scheduled time. We were unable to plan anything as we were never sure if we would have someone show up to look after our daughter. The nurses were great...when they showed up. I had to call the gal in charge of the nursing schedule and only sometimes would get a call back. I even contacted the Director of Salus, was promised a call back with answers, only to never get a call back. I would have to call and chase him down...again. if you are looking for reliable home care, DO NOT USE SALUS. Save yourself the headache and use someone else.
