If I could put this at zero stars I would. I have never witnessed such a horrible horror of a “nursing home.” I watched as the staff willingly left patients they didn’t like to sit in their feces and urine. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE. If your family member cannot advocate for themselves, do not send them here. I saw staff physically abuse patients in moments where patients did not need to restrained. Some of the staff here is okay but none of the admin or social workers are trustworthy people. The social worker does not and will not advocate for you or your family member. I watched her push a patient because they didn’t move fast enough down the hallway. Disgusting behavior.

My brother is at this place now but some staff there that don’t care about the people there, Rude disrespectful curse, and laugh at patients that need additional assistance and does not take care of the environment Does not clean the bedrooms or the medical items my brother has to be on IV but the medical equipment that carries the IV fluid is dusty and dirty, and there is old food on it… He was given food that wasn’t cooked. Staff over night are the worse …!!! The morning staff are the best. I was told things that this place that are not true from the director… it’s very upsetting!! I will be putting in a complaint to the city about this place and what I have seen and I have my evidence and how some staff spoke to me was rub and how they talked to the patient there it’s made me sad.
