⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ Exceptional Care and Genuine Compassion! We cannot say enough good things about Alta Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation! From the moment our mother arrived, the entire team went above and beyond with kindness, patience, and genuine concern. The nurses, CNAs, therapists, and staff treated her not just as a patient, but like family — always checking in, listening attentively, and making sure she felt comfortable and respected. We especially want to thank Ken, the Administrator, for his outstanding leadership and personal attention. His dedication truly sets the tone for the entire facility. A huge thank you also goes to Charles and Ken in the Business Office, who worked tirelessly and went out of their way to resolve complex Medicaid issues with professionalism, patience, and efficiency. Their help removed so much stress during an already challenging time. Their professionalism combined with heartfelt care made all the difference. Whether it was coordinating therapy, keeping us updated, or simply offering a reassuring smile, the team truly went out of their way to support both her and our family. We are so grateful for the skilled, compassionate environment they created. If you’re looking for a skilled nursing facility that prioritizes dignity, real human connection, and excellent administrative support, look no further. Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone at Alta — especially Ken, Charles, and Ken — you made a world of difference. ❤️ Crystal and Eric

My mom needed some extra help after acute rehab from her 4th stroke and Alta made things so easy to get her more therapy! Sam the admissions director was amazing and made sure my mom was comfortable and taken care of. The therapist were great and got her back to eating regular foods which she was on puréed diet when she got there. She loved that they had games like blackjack and bingo for her to do instead of only being confined to her room with only watching tv and they had movie days. Thank you Alta for the much needed extra help for my mom💜

While I have had some issues with Alta, I will say that the upper management and administrative staff go above and beyond. Saria and Amy at the front desk are absolutely amazing, they welcome you with a smile on their face. Charlie and Ken have been a tremendous help with getting my parents on Medicaid assistance. Katy the RN goes above and beyond for my mother, Jendaya has also been AMAZING! Jendaya is one CNA that truly cares about her patients, there are a handful that need to take notes from her!! I'm thankful for the staff that love their job and love their patients. The whole physical therapy, and speech therapy have been awesome as well. Saria, Amy, Charlie, Ken, Katy (RN), and Jendaya (CNA). Keep up the amazing work! Thank you!!

I didn’t know what to expect when I came to the facility but I was greeted with some amazing smiles from Jendyia my CNA, she made sure that I didn’t make the decision to leave but to stay and get my therapy. She really made me and my family feel that this was going to be a beneficial experience. I have been treated with the best respect and care. Never once have I ever had a concern and it was not addresses immediately. Alta is an amazing place filled with equally wonderful people who run it. I highly recommend. Thank you Sam from admissions to the floor staff and whoever I have missed.
