Great location, nice apartment and rental rate. However, parking is not very plentiful and my assigned spot is in the shape of a slice of pizza. How awkward is that to park in a slice of pizza slice<br>shaped parking spot!

We have absolutely the best maintenance team…<br>Maintenance noticed my lights were dim, then proceeded to replace the bulbs with a fresher light…it was great to enter my apartment, turn on the lights today !<br><br>I appreciate the communication, and sincere desire to always resolve issues and maintain the property !<br><br>Regina Wignes

The property is kept immaculate!! Bryson & John are maintenance, and do a really great job. Everything is responded to very quickly, and kept in good working order inside & out! Our parking lot is kept very clean, well lit up, and the property has surveillance cameras, and we have drive thru security. The manager is also quivk to respond to any issues.

I just have to say that I'm so impressed with how hard maintenance has been working with the snow and ice lately. Every morning I walk outside and my stairs and the sidewalk are salted. The manager is great and super friendly. These apartments have been so good to my son and me thus far. So grateful for the experience to live here.

Outside apartments are always clean. Buildings and grounds are always well maintained and have nice plants. People are friendly here.
