I toured Alpine Care of St. Charles with my cousins and had a great experience. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. What stood out most was how kind and compassionate everyone seemed. The team appeared to know the residents well and treated them with respect and dignity. The staff professional and answered all of our questions. We left with a very positive impression.

My aunt is currently staying at Alpine Care of St. Charles, and my family and I have had a wonderful experience. The facility is always clean, smells fresh, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the very first visit, the staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The activities department does an amazing job keeping residents engaged, and it’s clear they care about creating a positive environment. It’s also very family friendly, which makes visiting loved ones a pleasant experience. We’re grateful for the care my aunt is receiving and would definitely recommend Alpine Care of St. Charles to other families.
