November 3, 2025 I had a total knee replacement. The surgeon didn't order any physical therapy, no follow up appointments, no wound care, or anything. I found Alphacare Home Health, they accepted my insurance, and with my PCPs referral they took me as a patient. David was my RN, he was amazing. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, answered any and all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I've never had stitches or staples before, I had 27 staples and 4 stitches. David was very gentle, easy, and talked to me and told me everything he was doing. He was very thorough every visit. Mrs. Sarah was my physical therapist. She was amazing. She was very sweet, kind, gentle, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She was never rough or harsh with me. She showed my husband things to help get my knee and muscles moving. She showed me exercises, massages, and scar rubs to help with my muscles, scar tissue, and range of motion. I went 3 weeks without physical therapy and with her help I'm where I'm supposed to be at 6 weeks post op. Thank you, Mr David, Mrs Sarah, and everyone at Alpha. I will recommend them and my husband and I will use them if we need them in the future. God Bless
