Excellent caregivers and staff! Like so many families with aging parents they were unable to care for themselves and did not want to leave their home. My wife and I had to move in their home to care for them until we found Almond Heights. Due to the caregivers excellence they soon were comfortable and made it their home.

Almond Heights is the best! All of the staff members here are so courteous and kind. Especially, the caregivers Rhonda and Mahtab. The food is great here too!

If you are looking for an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community where your loved one will be genuinely cared for like family, I highly recommend this community. The community itself is clean, safe and beautifully maintained, with engaging activities that keep residents active, social and smiling. We’ve seen a real difference in every resident’s comfort, happiness, and overall quality of life. I highly recommended this community.

Memory Care: Friendly, caring bedside staff, poorly supervised. Residents often not dressed in their own clothes. Mother in law contracted scabies twice in 6 months. Poor communication and infection control training between management and bedside staff. Poor assessment of resident skin. Reliance on unlicensed staff and med tech for resident assessment.

My folks moved to AH 14 months ago, and our family has been mist pleased with the experience. Understanding that no place meets perfection, the care and services at AH are superb. The staff was particularly helpful with their adept skill in managing an ugly crisis with my father to transition him to the memory care unit. Incredibly, he is happy there saying, “They spoil me here.” Among the several excellent choices in the area, AH is one people should carefully consider for assisted living.
