The nurses and healthcare people are very kind and helpful. They respond to the call button in a reasonable amount of time. My friend has been there for 2 months after surgery. The rehab people are working every day to help her walk again. My friend feels safe and cared for there.

The care my sister got from this place was next to zero. If you’re trying to reach ANYONE about your loved one or expect a phone call when they are hurt or sent to the hospital, don’t. It’s a complete waste of time. My sister was hospitalized due to negligence in this facility. I was told “anything they could due to help.” Straight up lies from ALL forms of management and administration. Dr. Vemana did my FMLA paperwork INCORRECTLY so that I could take care of her ant home and he’s refusing to correct it because my sister is no longer there. It would have been a simple correction yet he can’t be bothered. No one will answer phone calls every single time without fail they are conveniently “in a meeting” or “out of office”. If you care about your loved one at all. Do not let them go here.

A woman I know (she more like a family member) is in this place right now. She has missed 3 eye doctor appointments since she has been here. Her ankle is swollen from falling and they wont get her any medical treatment. They take all of her money , but $50 a month.

If you love your family member don’t take them here. My Grandmother came to get rehab after having a stroke. The therapists offer the bare minimum and don’t give their all at the sessions. The aides nurses that are working here the majority I’m shocked they passed their classes in school. The amount of drug use in the parking lot of the staff is deplorable and shocking. One aide wrapped my grandmothers call light under her bed wrapping it around the wheels twice. No disciplinary actions were taken only that that aide could no longer come into my grandmothers room. Which of course happened. The therapists here will report that someone has “peaked” and insurance will no longer cover their sessions. It was argued she hadn’t peaked by her pcp which we provided transportation for her to go to her appointments. If your loved one cannot cut up food or is unable to use utensils they will starve at meal times. Our family had to take shifts until my grandmother was able to regain movement from her stroke. Which I helped her with because therapy is a joke. I’m thankful for my medical background to be able to help her but most families aren’t as lucky. Unfortunately my grandmother ended up having another stroke in the middle of the night and the staff did nothing for three hours. My grandmother’s roommate was finally able to call and inform us and call 911 for my grandmother. How this facility is still operational is astonishing. Just switch names and all medical negligence goes away huh? Deplorable, disgusting and disgraceful way to treat the elderly. I hope all the staff who mistreats the residents get the same treatment when they’re older 😉

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My grandma is in this place and I was visiting with her and the entire time the entire place smelled like poop. There was a call light going off for the same person for about 30 minutes. When we asked the nurse she just said she’s the only person for the whole hallway. My grandma had a bed sore from not moving her. I would definitely it recommend this place for anyone to live in.
