The only reason I gave them two stars is because of the friendly help they had. When they actually showed up. The communication among scheduling also barely existed. After months of not knowing till the last minute when someone was scheduled or called off I o longer use their services. I hung in there a couple of years but got tired of excuses.

Never hire this place. This agency constantly lied to us about hours worked. I would imagine they will be under investigation for fraud at some point. They defrauded our family out of so many hours its sick. Horrible company. The would would be a better place without this joke of a agency. Their objective is simple...spend the least amount of time at a clients house while billing for as much as possible.
