Had my cpap machine through them for 3 years. They send you bills that you have already paid. They don’t send equipment through the mail like most suppliers. They make you drive to get it. Now I want to switch and can’t because my insurance won’t pay to go somewhere else. The best thing you can do is to stay far away from these people and go somewhere else.
