Training was easy I was a little late with my claim forms the person handling them for me just wanted to treat it like they never received them. I give them one star because of Jessica porr have a blessed day.

I was a client at always caring and it's bad service there they give to much complains that also do so much reporting and never have communication with me my dad was my caregiver and does a very good job of doing his work but they never pay him and they always have miss communication with him when ever he needs help I don't recommend going to that place

Since becoming All Ways Caring, my times and hours continue to change on an almost monthly basis. Tomasa in the office has been very rude at times. When I've tried to accommodate her requests, she has been unavailable. Everything is very inconsistent.

I have been receiving services from this company for my elderly mother for the last 6mo and there has been constant issues along the way. I decided it was time to make this review after recently firing one of the caregivers for my mother for refusing to clean her bathroom/bedroom and for spreading false information in her reports. In response for doing this one of the office managers has retaliated in reassigning the other 2 caregivers that the company provided for my mother leaving us with no one to provide care at all. These actions are considered to be a denial of service and I will be contacting our case manager to report has happened with All Ways Caring in addition to requesting services from another company.
