I went through the Princeton West Virginia Location to get help for my elderly mother .. she had several heart attacks , and wanted to be in her own home , she didn’t wanted to be anywhere else .. she stayed with her grand daughter for a couple weeks after hospital release then she demanded to go home ! We reached out to All ways caring and they immediately had helped scheduled!!! My mom was reluctant have someone coming into her home, but the workers were wonderful and she had nothing but good things to say about them!!! I will definitely recommend this office to anyone asking for home care of a loved one!!

The caregiver is amazing with my grandmother and the office staff is always very polite and a pleasure to work with. They help so much and truly show they care! I couldn’t ask for a better company to take care of my grandma and very thankful for them all!

This place allowed a worker to break HIPPA and spread nasty rumors all around a neighborhood without removing the worker as per the families request. They then allowed a patient who has been diagnosed with dementia to remove the person in charge of their care at that time from their contact sheet due to that same worker wanting it done as revenge for being told on for breaking HIPPA and spreading the rumors. Of course the dementia patient didn’t understand what was going on nor did she want the worker removed because she seen her as a friend, but all ways home caring grossly mishandled the situation and didn’t remove the worker after being asked to by the family who was just looking out for the best interest of the client even at the risk of the client hating them. They also never reached out after the initial complaint was filed for evidence after saying they would remove the worker, have a talk with the worker, and start an investigation. If I’m being honest, the worker should be in jail and we should have taken this a step further since all ways home caring did nothing, but all of the witnesses of the incident wished to remain anonymous as to not have issues with the worker or my family member since the worker has threatened in the past to beat people up (my aunt) when they told on her in the past, and I personally didn’t want to break their trust as a way to be able to know if other workers were doing the same or if this same worker continues to say things. Also note that this isn’t a single instance, I also know confidential information about the workers past clients including that her past client committed suicide and that her other past clients house is not well kept. I should have taken this as a red flag and had her removed then, but I instead thought “oh poor her she has a hard job.” I regret this so much. Please please find a different place for your loved one. This place is not safe or trustworthy. They will not reprimand their workers! Besides this incident, There was even an incident in the past where workers were charging the client for the day but not coming to work and yet no one got fired. This office is awful, and there’s so many others out there. Please consider trying them instead!

The love and concern that ive been shown by these employees is phenomenal my health is getting worse and they helped me get more hours .i went from 3 hours a day 3 times a week to getting 6 hours a day 7 days a week. They always treat me like family whether on the phone or in person. I havent had a problem that they couldn't handle. They are kind hearted and caring. Thhey named it rigth AllWays Caring is the perfect name for them I havent had one problem with them. Wouldn't trade them for the world!

I have been very pleased with the service that ResCare has provided for my grandmother. The caregiver is extremely helpful, understanding, patient, and kind. She takes the time to make sure the job gets done right. I don't have to worry about her care when her caregiver is there.
