The mission of All Ways Caring is to serve families and patients with care and professionalism. From my family's experience, they did not advocate for, or prioritize the wellness of my child. Their priority and trust lie entirely in their nurses, which only works if their nurses are expertly trained in quality communication, which they are not. Their internal communication culture, combined with their not communicating with us wafd a toxic combination for my family in the end. I hope they implement a procedure that will protect, and support families better than they have done for us. We faced significant family trauma because of their approach to problem solving. I hope that they will train their staff, especially management, on appropriate communication skills and problem-solving skills.
