I recently joined All Ways Caring HomeCare in an office position, and the hiring experience has been one of the most positive I’ve had with a private company. My first contact was with Shayna, the recruiter. She was great—very laid back, friendly, and bubbly—which was honestly a breath of fresh air. Our communication was mainly over the phone, which I personally prefer over email because it feels more direct and personal. Before this role, I worked for a large ambulance company, so I already had a good idea of how a hiring process should run. From the start, the process here felt organized and professional. I had in-person interviews with Rae and Lisa, and I felt like they asked the right questions while still keeping the conversation comfortable. The interviews were formal yet relaxed, which made it easy to have a genuine discussion about the role. All Ways Caring HomeCare also moved quickly with the hiring process and didn’t leave me waiting or wondering about the next steps, which I really appreciated. Since being hired, everyone on the staff has treated me very well. The directors and leadership team have been kind, supportive, and willing to offer assistance whenever needed. They’ve also made it clear that I can reach out to them with any questions or problems, which makes a big difference when starting a new position. Overall, this has been one of the best and most positive hiring experiences I’ve had with a private company. I’m excited to now be part of the All Ways Caring team and to help support the people who need care and that's what I care most about.
