Worst agency I have ever been with. Rude,gaslighting,guilt shaming staff that mastered the art of manipulation and manufacturing labeling disabled. Sending out untrained caregivers that have no education or background checks done. They hire the pit of the bottom of the barrel. They used to be called rezcare had to change their name due to how poorly the agency was run but obviously they did not learn from previous hardships. Horrible experience and it set my medical conditions backwards. Days without care and frankly they can care less. I called their so called complaints line and was given nothing but the run around. Submitted a complaint and told 5 to 7 business days for my concerns to be addressed. So in mean time 2 clients and 2 cases go unserviced due to passive aggressive behaviors of the office staff. If they do not like you they sure will punish you. The neglect and dismissive attitude is at its worse. The owner probably knows this is going on and simply does not care. Soon as they saw the complaints and reviews I posted here they had audacity to send someone with a active scabies outbreak that should never be around clients. Like I said if they do not like you they will do anything to hurt you. As for the owner response being so generic. I already called your ignorant complaints line and spent hours getting the run around. You already know your office staff is horrible and abusive. I also am reporting this agency to the state directly because in all my 15 years needing caregivers this is by far the most disgusting and disturbing agency.
