According to their Cedar City facility, the West Jordan location is permanently closed and has been "for some time". A very rude employee at their Cedar City facility that I spoke to (possibly Jennifer) hung up on my when I told them that the West Jordan facility is still showing as open on Google and is published in the latest Senior Blue Book and suggested they do something about that. I wouldn't trust my loved ones' care to a place that treats people like that. Unbelievable.

I'd scheduled an appointment for a tour and arrived on time to the building as instructed. I'd been told to check in at the front desk and ask for the person I'd been communicating with. When we arrived there wasn't exactly a front desk, just a folding table with some hand sanitizer, a variety of forms, and a thermometer. We looked for someone to check in with, and other than someone we assumed was a resident there was no one. We took the initiative to start filling out the forms. They weren't identical, but either seemed appropriate so we filled them out, took our own temperatures and finally started wandering a little too see if we could find help. We had no luck but saw a gal that might have been an aide talking with a young man. We asked for Rebecca. She was saying something about knowing her friends and her boyfriend, we said we had an appointment and she told us to try the other building across the way, "That's where her office is."<br>We went to the other building. A woman with a cane was sitting at a table, head in her hands, looking distraught so we walked around looking for the office. A lot of doors for supply closets and laundry but still no sign of the person we were meeting or her office. A helpful resident, asked, "Are you looking for Rebecca?" He said she had an appointment right now according to the internet. The lady who's looked so upset says, "I saw her earlier today," which want that helpful. He told us to maybe try the building we'd just left.<br>We finally decided not to waste any more of anyone's time. Looking for care at a place that seems horribly understaffed, where appointments can't be made, and strangers can just come in and freely roam the residents halls and rooms just doesn't seem safe or worth the thousands one would pay each month to have their loved one live there. The facilities we saw looked nothing like the images here. I can't imagine what their state surveys might look like.

There is a reason you see that they made all their employees leave 5 star reviews. Needed to boost their rating from what it really is. Just look how many employees they had write reviews!!!<br><br>If you want a home that only cares about money, leaves an elderly person in their room for days with no air conditioning, is uncaring and flat out rude, even when your loved ones death is imminent, then this is your place. Otherwise, please stay very, very far away. There are plenty of other facilities. If you care at all about your loved one, go to one of them and skip this place. It is awful. Management and nurses are some of the most rude and uncaring people I have ever seen. Not what you want in a care facility. Kindness and compassion is obviously not part of their mission. That starts from the owner down!<br><br>EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER:<br><br>I will gladly respond to your disingenuous and untruthful response. But out of respect to my Mother In Law I will wait until her Mother has passed.

The Beehive of West Jordan is the fantastic! Helping loved ones transition into assisted living can be difficult and overwhelming. Rebecca, Jordyn and their team they have here do a fantastic job at helping not only the family, but the senior move in and feel at home in their new environment. I have worked with both of these ladies and they have my respect because running an assisted living is not easy but they don't let that stop them!!<br>Whatever concerns come up they make sure to address those concerns quickly and kindly to make sure that everything is in order in their building.<br>For anyone that is looking into an assisted living building for their loved ones, I HIGHLY recommend Rebecca and Jordyn here at the Beehive Homes of West Jordan. They will make sure that your loved ones are taken care of.<br>5/5 Stars!!<br>Keep up the great work ladies!!
