My daughter is a client here and it has been a nightmare. Several times they have not had an aide to get my daughter off of the bus causing my daughter to be brought back to the school and me having to leave work to pick her up. Today was the last draw, with my daughter now being suspended off of the bus due to them having to return her several times because the aide was not there to pick her up. They do not have coverage if an aide is out and are poor communicators when there is an issue. Please do not depend on these people to care for your child/family member.
