Terrible work place, they let 2 nurses go for no reason. Then when you call them they give you the run around. Not a quality company to work for.

Just started, it was ok at first.but I'm now having my doubts.i agree with another Post about the length of therapy. I have only received two visits of 30 minutes. Until I seen the other review, I thought that was normal. I'm in a situation and don't know how to handle it. Should I talk to my doctor and request another agency or not?

Give absolutely the minimum in the 30 to 60 minutes of therapy they are billing insurance for . Uncaring . Talk about other clients to clients the are with . Complain about where the have to drive . BLAME LACK OF COMMUNICATION ON EACH OTHER , never pay attention to patients Dr appointment schedules , you will have to tell them repeatedly even if you give them written schedule . Call patient's liars even though their caregiver has the same information. This is a scam company , billing insurance for care that is only worth while if you are completely immobile. Had warning signs from the beginning, but by the end it was such a waste of time and insurance money ,,we had to fire them . And even then the therapist thought they could show up thinking the caregiver wouldn't be there . Horrible consideration on scheduling policies . Just run and go for a reputable PT and OT company recommended by a trusted Dr. Not what the nursing home or hospital setup . You have a choice . The nursing home and hospital get kick backs for setting these up . Ask your independent Dr. And with any of these companies make sure you track the therapy and time . And trust your family member over them saying the patient must be confused etc . We had a therapist call a mentally sound man a liar when she was giving him information about his other therapist. Filing a formal complaint with insurance to make sure there is no over billing and with the Proper authorityies that over see senior home care programs . JUST RUN !!!

My first home health experience was a success thanks to the amazing staff of this company! These individuals really are some of the most caring professional people I've ever met. Special thanks to Andrew (PT), Christina (OT) and all three of the nurses that helped me with my recovery. I work in healthcare and would HIGHLY recommend this company. They're really all that and a bag of chips.

waited on office staff to strictly coordinate HH aide. complete failure on obtaining HH services as requested and tried for weeks. please go after a more reliable and reputable company. stay far away from using this company.
