Aljoya Thornton Place

Aljoya Thornton Place is an independent and assisted living retirement community located in Seattle, Washington. The community offers independent living residences alongside in-home assisted living services for those who need support with activities of daily living while maintaining their own apartment homes.

Dining and daily services are part of the all-inclusive plan, featuring three meals a day prepared by an in-house chef served in an open-seating restaurant, weekly housekeeping and linen services, and access to a community garden. The community offers 143 residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses.

Aljoya Thornton Place emphasizes cultural and social engagement through lecture series, art shows, symphony and ballet outings, as well as fitness and health classes for seniors, entertainment programs, and an outdoor market. The community partners with the University of Washington School of Nursing to provide innovative wellness and active aging programs.

Located in Seattle's Thornton Creek urban village, the community provides access to nearby restaurants, shops, theaters, and nature trails along Thornton Creek, offering urban amenities without downtown living.
