Alex Assisted Living & Memory Care is an assisted living and memory care community in Alexandria, Minnesota. The facility is part of the Care Campus and offers both standard assisted living and specialized secured memory care apartments for residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

The community provides nursing care with a full-time RN and LPN on staff to meet medical needs and offer services comparable to skilled nursing facilities.
