My uncle just started staying here for rehab & nurse care. Facility has been nothing but accommodating to my uncle. Nurses have been attentive to his needs even when he's being a PITA for a cup of water. :') My uncle is a smoker and there activities staff takes him out safely everyday while I have visited and their always keeping him entertained with music and crafts. This place always has something cool going on

My experience at Alameda center For Rehabilitation was Enlightening and edifying. I entered on March the 30th And my discharge date is May the 18th. I had to work really hard to be discharged before my 68th birthday may the 19th. The therapist were funny and professional. I found the doctors to be caring And informative. Cellulitis was the infection in My left leg. I was always encouraged that if I put the work in things would get better. There was a lot of antibiotics, And blood taken by the vampire academy. I am greatful to all my Angels For helping me get well.

My loved one is a resident here. They are on the 3rd floor, so this is specifically for this floor and its staff, since I don't know how the other floors are. I am pleased with how the staff cares for its patients. As hard as it was to place my family member here, every time I leave, I know they are in good care. There are pros and cons — unfortunately, depending on certain days when there isn't regular staff, it can cause confusion for the patients but also for the alternating staff, since they are not familiar with each patient's specific needs and tolerances. This is sometimes unavoidable. Nonetheless, the regular staff are great. They engage with the patients, celebrate all the festive events in the calendar and then some. They provide a variety of meals so patients aren't left with the same meals daily. They always listen to your concerns and take action. They are compassionate with my family member and their specific needs. They are patient, kind, and most importantly, understanding. It's not easy what they do and I am grateful for them!

I was sent here for physical therapy/rehab and found the staff to be very courteous and respectful. The residents were in good spirits and also very kind and respectful to me while I stayed. The admission's assistant Fernando was exceptionally helpful as he was in contact with me before I made the transition from the hospital to their facility. He has been extremely active by helping me with any of my needs and has gone above and beyond what his postion requires and for that I'm truly thankful.

My name is violet and I have been at at alemeda for almost 2 years for a long time I did not enjoy interacting with others. I mostly stayed in my room watching tv, on my phone or tablet or sleeping...but the more I got to know and interact with the recreation team..the more i enjoyed coming out.. Members of the team will come to the patients to invite to come to the day room for daily activities or for fresh made coffee... I like when we go to the different floors for activities like bingo, live music, and church services.... The recreation team always try to make the day as lively as possible... We do crafts, watch movies, play Wii and billards.also lots of board games... I'm am so grateful that alemeda has a recreation director (Matt) who always trying to do things to keep us patients entertained..and is willing to take suggestions for patients on how to inprove our daily experience...including taking patients to local stores so they can make purchases... I have interacted with all the recreation team members in some form.. But I have to give a special shout out to recreation team members Jellesa,Jared and John... I needed help going through my storage and Jellesa volunteered to help me on her days off.. Jared and John also helped me clean out the storage unit on their day off after they came from their college classes. They helped me alot.... Marsha who is the recreation team member for my floor always have fun with me doing crafts I enjoy doing..if I tell her I want to try something new she lets me....I enjoy the time I spend with the team members... It makes the days pass quickly....keep up the good work #recreationteam 🙌🏾
