The Director of Social Services went above and beyond for me. She took time out of her busy schedule to meet with me one-on-one to talk through some personal family hardships. When she says her door is open, she truly means it. I visited her office several times during my family member’s stay, and she was always patient, understanding, transparent, and willing to help in any way she could. She made a stressful situation much more manageable.

The admissions staff member in the office next to her was also very kind and welcoming, and the discharge coordinator made sure everything we needed for a smooth transition home was ready and in place.

The therapy department is amazing! hands down one of the best in the area. The director, I believe her name is Carmen, was very informative and always provided updates when I asked.

While the food was a bit hit or miss, the overall experience was very positive. You can see that this facility is improving over time, and the team they have now is making a real difference.

I also want to recognize the CNAs who work extremely hard; especially one on the 500 hall (African American woman with glasses and a short haircut). She was incredibly caring and attentive.

I’d definitely recommend giving this place a chance. And if you have any concerns, speak with the Director of Social Services—she truly cares and will help you even you you need to vent.

There's not enough space here to share all the negative details of our experience. Suffice it to say we removed our family member as quickly as we could. They were only interested in her money not in patient care.

MY UNCLE WAS PATIENT FOR A WEEK AND A HALF.THE BED SIDE MANOR of the cnas was horrible.Cleaning staff didn't completely clean each area in the room my uncle was in. The physical therapists were doing what they could to motivate my uncle doing his exercises and they were informative.overheard staff complaining about there job out loud on more than one occasion when I visited.

Worst rehab center I’ve ever seen was warned in the beginning but was always told dont judge a book by its cover . The urine smell is awful and the rooms are small and nasty . The toilet in my mom’s room has overflowed 4 to 5 times staff has been told but don’t seem to care My mom has never been scared of anything. That I can remember maybe a mouse
but apparently the workers there are bullies and she’s afraid all she says is I wants to go home and don’t say anything to them .They. Have messed with the wrong family. I personally spoke to the administration and voiced my concerns but we will see if anything changes. Will keep everyone posted Don’t put your family in this facility please
