This has got to be the most unprofessional aide service ever. I have been through about 4 aides. They hire people that don't want to work. One even left my son with disabilities that is total care home alone. They have on call that never calls u back. Twana is impossible to talk too. And the owner stewart i believe his name is has an answer for everything. He is money hungry. making money off the needy. Paying his certified nurses aides minimum wage.

Disaster of a company and absolutely terrible experience - highly discourage anyone from using this Aides & Companions. In less than 2 years, we had to fire 4 aides, one of which simply deserted my grandparents with no notice. The aides were routinely rude and unprofessional, and we discovered that significant amounts of jewelry went missing during their time of care. Additionally, after my grandfather had passed and we no longer needed their service, one of the aides called to ask my grandmother for money - incredible invasion of privacy and borderline harassment. With management this poor & hiring this sort of unprofessional staff, it's unbelievable someone is allowed to continue running as a "verified" business!
