Very disappointed. I am a social worker. Due to my patient's insurance there are only two HH agencies that I can refer to. Patient was referred initially for SN. Patient's needs changed and now requires PT and OT as well as SN. Website states rehabilitation services are offered. When I called to resume SN and request PT and OT I was told they could not staff. The explanation I was given was because of patient's location and therapist only traveling to certain areas. My patient lives outside of an area the therapist will travel to. In addition the other office uses the same therapists and is of no help. Website should be changed to reflect the limited services.
