Don't hire these people! They make everything sound so good when you're doing your paperwork with them. They don't follow through on anything they tell you! When they give you a caretaker, it's the only one your going to get. They will be quick to give you a 21 day notice after your first one. If that caretaker they assign to you cares more about making calls and texting,you will not get the services you signed up to get. Owners don't care either, they are getting their money from the state. That's what matters to them. They keep taking on more clients and don't have enough caretakers!
