My husband was released from the hospital after a three week long stay. Advocate Home Health was to see him at home to assist in his recovery. The nurse was too busy to come! He was released Friday. She was too busy Saturday, Sunday he fell, was dehydrated and over the phone they stated they could not help with giving fluids! My husband was readmitted on Sunday! Today is Tuesday! They are now calling to schedule a visit. No!!!!!

Terrible customer care for 2 visits and now their phone number is disconnected. I called Advocate 800 number and they claimed they don't have a facility in Elgin.
