Wonderful team at this location. Nicole and her team are great building mates. Always looking out for us, their staff, and clients. I have recommended their services to many of my own clients and others.

Advisacare is such a professional and down-to-earth place. The staff is so helpful and kind. When you walk into the Muskegon office, the environment is so inviting and warm. The care provided by every single nurse and CENA is truly compassionate. They are passionate about the work that they do and provide the best care for every single patient.

I don't know where to start. I loved Lloyd's Bayou staff and didn't want to move my mother. The only reason we did was because of Advisacare. The care was hit or miss. Staff turnover was crazy. The staff was constantly on their cell phones and the manager was resigned to this. The worst part is they owe us a refund, and for months, they keep saying the check is in the mail. I'm not sure why Lloyd's Bayou continues to contract with them.

AdvisaCare is an amazing company! Especially the Lloyd’s Bayou AdvisaCare team! They go above and beyond to not only care for the residents healthcare needs but also their emotional well-being. They treat the residents as though they are family. Paige and Autumn at this location demonstrate that part of being with this company is going beyond the job requirements to give the best care possible. Your loved ones are truly in great hands with everyone on this staff!
