The staff were very helpful, pleasant and cooperative. It was very easy to approach people for information. When we discharged my nd, the process was smooth and uncomplicated.,it was difficult to contact anyone on the administrative team on a weekend

Completely horrible services, my grandpa was admitted due to suffering a stroke and they failed to provide him with a toothbrush or brush his teeth for an entire week, the building is unsanitary and dirty making it unfit for recovery. They admitted him to the er after he had a “moment of unresponsiveness” and the facility failed to notify our family and we found out only because we had access to his MyChart notifications. Prior to this I had visited him and they weren’t checking on him even though he is a fall risk, if he were to have fallen I would not have felt assured that staff could help him. Do not let your family members be admitted here it will put them at risk and in danger. Absolutely unacceptable.

Staff are knowledgeable and caring. Staff listen and help put my parent at ease. Kitchen is good at accommodating to dietary needs. Staff encourage & support my parent's desire to return to independent functioning.

I am a private duty nurse who had a patient who had to go to rehab here for 3 weeks inpatient. Despite the fact that my patient was it was an extraordinarily difficult person the staff of nurses and CNA were wonderful and worked with her difficulties fabulously

My mother was here for hospice care until she passed. From what I could tell the staff were competent and caring. Due to covid, visitors aren't allowed inside right now. At least they let me talk to my mom though an exterior window. Fortunately they did allow mom's death doula inside as the doula was a medical professional. This meant that my mom didn't have to die totally alone. Thank you, seashore point staff!
